1.The date of collection of report is provisional and if special tests are required, more time would be needed to prepare the report.

2. The report should be collected from the centre- within one month of provisional date.

3. In case of delivery of reports by posts or courier services, responsibility rest with postal services.

4. Collect cash receipt at the time of full payment or collection of the report.

5. All disputes are confined to Lucknow jurisdiction only.

6. Web reporting facility available after full payment.

7. Report will not be given without payment receipt.

8. After testing the left over/discarded sample may be used for any medical/biological in-vitro needs if required by the lab.

9. Repeat testing would be performed in case of any discrepancy or we get the request from clinician within a week from the date of the test requested. Repeat testing will be done from fresh sample.

10. This report cannot be used for medicolegal purpose.

Refund Policy

If any test is not done or could not be done the amount deposited against that test is refunded.

Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
